The oily skin can be a problem if you don’t know how to treat it properly.
The oily skin is a shiny skin. This type of skin is prone to acne and it can produce blackheads and whiteheads very often.

Stop with these bad habits in order to avoid problems.
- Change the cleansers with soaps. The cleansers can help you get rid of the sebum, not only the excess of sebum, but almost from the whole quantity of sebum. If you get rid of the whole quantity of sebum, the skin will produce even more sebum, because it will lack sebum. So, the cleansers are not a very good idea.
To cleanse the oily skin, it is better to use natural soaps which don’t disturb the pH of the skin.
- Do exercises. The stress can cause acne. To avoid being stressed, it is better to start doing exercises.
The feeling after a workout session is inexplicable and everybody should experience it.
After every workout session you need to wash your face with only water, in order to avoid acne because of the sweat.
- Use matte face powders. The hydrating face powders can make your skin shiny.
The matte face powders are especially made for an oily skin.
You shouldn’t use face powders very often because they can also provoke acne as they close the pores and the skin can’t breathe.
- It is sufficient to exfoliate the skin once a week. The exfoliation can help you get rid of the excess sebum, but if you have a habit of exfoliating the face more than once a week, your skin can produce more sebum than it needs. So, it is sufficient to exfoliate the skin once a week.
Don’t forget to hydrate the skin very often because an oily dehydrated skin produces more sebum.
