Total Time: 5–10 minutes

Serves: 4–6 baths

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup light almond oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup liquid Castile soap
  • 1/2 tsp. chamomile essential oil
  • 1/2 tsp. lavender essential oil

METHOD:

Step #1: To make your own homemade bubble bath, mix the almond oil, egg white and honey and blend well. Light almond oil is a perfect skin moisturizer, especially for those with very dry skin. The egg white is responsible for creating bubbles. Honey is a natural humectant that can provide, and help retain the moisture to the skin. Plus, it has antibacterial properties that prevent the skin from many different bacteria.

Step #2: The next step is adding the Castile soap and the essential oils. Castile soap is perfect since it is an all-natural soap that is plant-based and chemical-free. Chamomile essential oil and lavender essential oil are amazing ingredients for the skin. Plus, by adding a little bit of an aromatherapy to your bath you’ll experience the best bubble bath benefits. Mix all ingredients well with a spoon or fork.

Step #3: Pour a little bit of the bubble bath under running water.

AND THAT’S IT! Now you have your very own relaxing bubble bath!

* For bigger bubbles, agitate the water a bit more.
